Presents the design concepts and several energy saving technologies of the project, and analyses the operating effect, actual energy consumption, indoor environmental quality and customer satisfaction. The annual energy consumption of this building without the power consumption of information center is 61 kWh/(m2·a), in which winter district heating is 16.7 kWh/(m2·a), annual average power consumption is 44.34 kWh/(m2·a), and the power consumption of air conditioning system and lighting receptacle are 18.59 kWh/( m2·a))and 18.25 kWh/(m2·a) respectively, the energy consumption is obviously lower than the comparable buildings. Meanwhile, the indoor thermal environment, CO2 concentration and acoustic environment of the building are entirely able to meet the comfort requirements of occupants, and receive high satisfaction. Comprehensive analysis shows that sustainable design with adaptation to local conditions, passive priority and active technology optimization makes the building achieves good environmental quality as well as reducing energy consumption.
